Freestyle Registration

Cost: $1,000.00 (does not include Christmas Camp)

You can register for this SWSC program online, or you can download and mail-in the necessary forms from our Registration Forms & Releases page.

SWSC's Online Registration process takes ten to fifteen minutes and consists of three-steps:

1. Electronically sign and submit an indemnity release.
2. Submit the registration and medical release.
3. Pay program tuition over a secure server.

Most of the information you need to provide you know, but you may want to have a few bits of more obscure information at hand before you begin:

1. The phone number of your child's doctor.
2. The contact phone numbers of a trusted relative or friend.
3. Your insurance card (policy number, address, phone number, etc.)
